Sweet Potato Pie

Ingredients

1 jar of Southern Garden's Sweet Potato Butter
2 eggs
1 unbaked pie shell
Marshmallow Cream (optional)

Directions

Mix 1 jar of Southern Garden's Sweet Potato Butter with 2 beaten eggs.
Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 for approximately 45 minutes or until lightly brown.
Add Marshmallow Cream to top and serve. (Marshmallow Cream optional)
