½ jar of Southern Garden’s Spicy Pickled Garlic brine
2 Rib-Eye Steaks
1 gallon sealable plastic bag
Reserve the brine from ½ jar of Southern Garden’s Spicy Pickled Garlic.
Put 2 Rib-Eye Steaks in a 1 gallon sealable plastic bag with brine.
Squeeze out all air and refrigerate for 3 hours.
Grill and serve.
